Stenhouse Property Investments has been operating since 2007 and specializes in the acquisition of commercial property, for individual purchasers or for wholesale syndication.

For individual purchasers we source and acquire commercial property on behalf investors, owner occupiers and developers. We act for private and institutional investors and a number of offshore groups.

We have experience in all forms of commercial property, including office buildings, both CBD and suburban; retail shops, supermarkets, shopping centres and homemaker/bulky goods centres; warehousing and distribution facilities and development sites.

We have established a number of successful managed investment schemes in direct property, including passive investments, value add opportunities, refurbishment and release scenarios and land subdivision.   A number of these syndications have been realised and a number remain ongoing.

Commercial property transactions can be highly complex, hence knowledge and experience are critical in both risk mitigation and creating the framework for successful investment.
